Vada Elliott  is a mother of three and grandmother of four, born in Cleveland, Ohio, and now living in Florida. She has spent much of her life helping others in the medical field and currently works as an office secretary. From a young age, Vada loved writing—filling journals with poems and stories, and even creating a full book for her English and photography teacher in eleventh grade. She often spent hours in the computer lab or darkroom, quietly crafting her own worlds.

With a heart for God and compassion for others, Vada writes to inspire hope, strength, and healing. She expresses her deepest thoughts through the written word, letting her stories speak loud and clear. Where the Blue Trees Grow is her first children’s book, with more magical stories on the way. Vada is thrilled to share her dream with young readers everywhere.
